How to Measure

Place the measure tape around the neck, beginning at about one inch from the meeting of your neck and shoulders. Leave enough room to breath , it should feel comfortable.
Place the tape measure under your armpit and around the top of your arm. To ensure a comfortable fit, take the armhole measurement with one finger inside the tape measure
Place the tape measure around the widest part of your upper arm, then bend your arm slightly at the elbow. We want to be able to bend your arm in that nature.
Measure all the way around your torso immediately above your bust.
Position the measuring tape so that it covers the widest part of your back and the fullest part of your bust.
Place the measuring tape just under your bust and around your rib-cage, make sure the tape is at the same height on the back as on the front.
Measure your waist at the smaller circumference of your natural waist, usually just above the belly button.
Tape measure about 3 inches below your natural waistline, keeping one finger between the tape and your body for a comfortable fit.
Measure all the way around your body at the fullest part of your hips
This is the measurement from your mid-shoulder where your bra strap naturally sit down to your bust point (nipple).
Put your tape on armhole seam where it starts to curve inward armpit. Measure straight across to another end. Put your tape on armhole seam where it starts to curve inward armpit.
Place your measurement tape , start from the left nipple point then stop at the right nipple point, that will be the bust distance size.
13-Shoulder to Waist
Start where your shoulder meets your neck and measure down following along the curve of your front to your natural waistline which you may have marked with a ribbon.
14-Hollow to Hem
Standing flat on the floor with both feet together have someone measure from the hollow point at the neck to the floor (with heel)
15-Shoulder to shoulder
This is one that may be easier with the help of a friend. Measure across your upper back from the tip of one shoulder to the tip of the other. Try not to hunch over.
Upper back width is measure right up under the arm, across the shoulder blades, from arm to arm.
17-Center back to waist
Measure from the center of the bottom of the neck to the waist at the back
